Learn to Knit Socks on DPNs
DATE: Sunday, November 6 from 12:00 noon to 3:oo p.m.

In this class you will learn all th techniques for making socks top down on double pointed needles, from the casting on for a stretchy top to making a heel flap, to turning the heel and binding off for the toe.
Instead of making a full-size sock, we’ll create a mini sock in worsted weight yarn so you can practice all the techniques needed in one class. Make a second mini-sock and you’ll have a love gift for a child’s doll or stuffed animal or add a hanging loop and use the mini-sock as a decoration.
Prerequisite skills: knit and purl stitches, casting on and binding off, simple decreases.

Class Policies
• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is in effect for all classes. No refund will be issued within that time period.
• If Yarn Shop Santa Cruz or the instructor cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued in the manner of payment received.
• No refunds will be issued for guest teachers.
